Meade Anderson
Here are two photos...one is a true self portrait taken with one hand on the camera pointing it at me...sitting on a bridge over the Mattaponi River at about half way thru my solo self supported summer solstice century 2003 (S5C2003) ...the next is me just after I rolled in back at my house at 100.3 miles...

Assorted photos plus some bike-related photo albums on my website.

Tom Bonamici
Lives in Eugene, OR
Attends college in Hanover, NH

This was taken in my dorm room at Dartmouth last November (2003), while I was hiding from the cold.

Norman Bone
Portland, OR
This is me enjoying a Bridgeport IPA.

Richard Booth
This is probably my favorite picture of me in a while. Probably because it shows so little. And because it was shot last summer (before the holidays).

Dan Boxer
Seattle, WA
Some photos of us here. You can find additional photos of us and our cat (Cosmo) here. This page is on our website for our upcoming 3-year tour of the northern hemisphere.

John Bratton
I look very happy here riding my mountain bike, but the guy who took the picture was right next to a big jump, and really I think I’m smiling in embarrassment because I didn’t do anything “radical” on the jump. Another photo here.

Here’s me being a good husband and dad, riding with the wife and kids at the 2002 Eastern Tandem Rally. It was a beautiful ride through many tree tunnels in Westchester County, New York on a very hot day. (BikeFriday Family Tandem w/ custom reflective tape job, me in Voler Visbility Yellow Jersey). Custom LongBikes Tandem, tigged Tange steel, wife in matching Voler jersey. Leaving for the ride. IBOBer Steve Freides, his wife and their kids are the rear-most tandems in the photo.

I found a “how do you use this” camera operator to provide some assistance. Specializing in prints for pizza and beer. I tried to stretch the picture to make myself look thinner, but then the bicycle had biopace wheels. :-)

Bill Davis
I dared my friend John Poinsatte, so now I have to fess up... here’s me, atop a most versatile steed...

David Desmet
Perigueux, France
Here are some photos. My name is David Desmet and my wife is Beatrice. Her nickname is Bea—a very common name here. The queen of Belgium or Denmark (I’m not sure which) is Beatrice too. We live in Perigueux. It’s in the Perigord area in the Southwest of France, just at 100km east of Bordeaux. A beautiful country and very good roads for bike riding.
I just want to share with the list that I enjoy iBOBland and the nice fellows on the list. If someone plans to travel in France, I’m ready to help and to send information. iBOBs appreciate the French Randonneuring tradition and I enjoy this bobish spirit from the other side of our Earth. Here, we said “la bouclé est bouclé.”

Jock Dewey
Roscoe, IL
This is me in Texas. Hope this doesn't shutdown the list. Also, here is a picture of my light touring set up.

A couple of photos.

Andrew Eichmann
Photo from Halloween (I’m Scooter). Another one (little too well lit.

Orin Eman
FWIW, here are a couple [a] [b] of me... unfortunately, most recent pictures seem to have been taken at the top of some mountain pass or other which means I’m hiding behind the sunglasses.

Mark Encarnacion
Here’s a photo of me, my wife, and our 3-year old son taken last Halloween.

Some photos here. Aslo, my snapfish photo album (requires log in).

Russ Fitzgerald
The most recent pic of me online is still at the Rivendell member’s gallery. That photo was taken at the Cirque in ’01! My look hasn’t changed much, but my Riv now has fenders, TA pedals, a Zephyr triple and much better bar tape ... Oh, yeah, the green frame behind me on the bleachers in the picture there is an old Falcon San Remo that I built up as a fixie, loved, rode, posted a photo in the fixed-gear gallery, and sold in late ’02. And the silver frame back there behind that one belonged to Jeff Slotkin, and has anyone heard from him lately? Wish there was a photo of me out there online aboard my Mercian fixed-gear ...

Steve Frederick
East Lansing, MI
I finally found the disc from the digital camera we took on our tour a couple of summers ago and here’s a picture of me. I’m the shorter fellow in grey with the blue towel around my neck and Campy cap. I’m walking back (with Paul from Oregon) from a hot spring soak in Northern Idaho or Wyoming as I recall.

Stephen Fredette
Hull, MA
Three pictures here.

Tim Fricker
Vienna, VA
Here’s a pic of me and my “new” Miyata 1000, built up back in October, 2003. Some bike photos.

Christian Fritze
I assembled a few photos here.

David M. Frost
Two pictures here.

Michel Gagnon
Montréal (Québec, Canada)
This is me. I am afraid you won't find too much yet on my website. Between the job, raising two young children with my wife, cycling and other important activities, I have not found the time to develop it as I would like it to be.
I cycle year round, even in the bug-free season we call Winter, and I cycle with two children. I commute, ride, travel and tour a lot on the bike, but not exclusively by bike.

Dan Goldenberg
Here is the most recent picture I could find with myself in it taken at year end 2003 (hard since I’m the one that always takes the pictures). I’m with my wife and two kids. Bobish content: I’m wearing a Target merino wool sweater.

John Gorham
Not particularly flattering, but perhaps true to life. How I prefer to see myself.

Beth Hamon

Bio page on my web site and some more recent pictures I sent to Perry to scan. This is from the beginning of the first ever Slug Velo ride, Feb 2003 in Portland, OR. Slug Velo, was inspired by discussions on the iBOB list. That’s me, leaning absurdly towards my saddlebag to grab something. And yes, that’s my Rivvy LongLow.

Mike Hauptman
Rochelle, Illinois
Photo of me. Photos of my bikes: Habanero, 1983 Trek 400, 1985 Trek 460.

Rob Hawks
These photos are from a ride on 10-21-03, my annual birthday ride up Mt. Tam in Marin County. I’m 47 years and a few hours old in these photos. Forgive the glasses that obscure my eyes, but if you look close, you can actually see the reflected image of another iBob, that of photographer Bill King. That photo was taken crossing Alpine Dam leading up to one of the prettiest, and pretty hard climbs in the bay area, and the latter two photos are of the gang lounging at the top of the mountain, a quarter mile hike from the fire lookout station at the top of the east peak of Mt. Tamalpias.

Eric Holeman
Me at the summit, such as it is, of the Teufelsberg in Berlin, the “Devil’s Mountain” made of WW2 rubble. The bike was a hefty beater rental I kept for ten days during an extended stay. The Olympic Stadium bell tower can be seen in the background. Me, backlit is a Swobo, with invisible bike on the coastal trail in Anchorage. One of the side trails off the coastal trail, without me, which I jumped into just after I took the pic.

Since you asked for pictures, let me offer you a shot of me. You can tell I’m a bob kind of guy, since I’m wearing wool and riding a custom frame (just don’t tell anyone that the frame is fillet brazed and not lugged!). :-)

OK, there is a pic of me with Sheldon Brown and Peter White on Sheldon’s Interbike 2002 page. Sheldon and I both shaved beards since then, but he is growing his back while I am not.

The i-BOB cafe has had a nice run but it is no longer being updated and this index page will eventually be taken down [details]. Your individual pages will remain at their current locations unless you ask me to remove them [contact me here]. If you want to download your pictures off my server for your own blog, flickr album, or whatever, you can do so by following these instructions (remember, your photos and page will remain on my server unless you ask me to remove them, so you can continue to link to them if you like):

Mac
Hold down Control key and click on the photo. When you see a pop up menu, select “Save Image to the Desktop” and repeat for any other images you wish to save.

Windows
I don’t use Windows but here is a reasonable guess: Right click on the photo. When you see a pop up menu, select “Save Picture As...” and repeat for any other images you wish to save.
